Infrastructure Technology Solutions ("ITS", "we", "our", or "us"), a registered DBA of CO Holdings LLC, operates the I-T-S Client Portal mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you use our App.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

3. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide our IT monitoring and support services.

3.1 Information You Provide

• Email address — used to create and manage your account
• Company name — used to identify your organization within the App
• Mobile phone number — collected only if you choose to opt in to service text messages (see Section 11)

3.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Push notification token — a device identifier generated by your mobile operating system and Expo, used solely to deliver push notifications to your device
• Device information — operating system type and version, used for compatibility and troubleshooting purposes

3.3 Information from Your IT Infrastructure

• Device status and alert data — pulled in real time from your organization's monitored infrastructure via our monitoring platform. This data belongs to your organization and is displayed solely for your use within the App.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Display your organization's IT infrastructure status in real time
• Send push notifications about device alerts, problems, and resolutions
• Send service-related text messages if you have opted in (see Section 11)
• Provide customer support via the in-app ticketing system
• Communicate important service updates

We do not use your information for advertising, marketing to third parties, or any purpose beyond delivering the services described above.

5. Service Providers and Data Processors

We use the following trusted third-party service providers to operate the App. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy and security policies:

6. Data Retention

• Account data (your login and personal profile) is retained while your account is active and is permanently deleted when you delete your account from within the App. Support tickets and service records associated with your organization may be retained as business records in accordance with your service agreement.
• Push notification tokens are updated each time you log in and removed when your account is deleted
• Alert and monitoring data is not permanently stored by ITS — it is retrieved in real time from your infrastructure

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• Firebase Security Rules restricting data access to authorized users only
• Multi-customer data isolation — each customer can only access their own data
• Secure credential storage via Google Cloud Secret Manager

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

The I-T-S Client Portal is intended solely for business use by authorized employees and representatives of organizations that have contracted with Infrastructure Technology Solutions. It is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Permanently delete your account at any time from the Account screen within the App — this removes your login and personal profile; service records associated with your organization may be retained as described in Section 6
• Withdraw consent for push notifications at any time via your device settings
• Withdraw consent for text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message

10. Push Notifications

You may receive push notifications about your IT infrastructure status. You can disable push notifications at any time through your device's notification settings. Disabling notifications will not affect your ability to use the App.

11. SMS / Text Messaging

If you opt in to text messages from us, we use your mobile number solely to send service-related SMS communications — support ticket updates, appointment and dispatch confirmations, and service or outage alerts. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties or affiliates. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and reply HELP for assistance. You may opt in through our web form at https://app.i-t-s.org/signup. For full program details, see our SMS Terms & Conditions.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
